This is Bob!!
Robert William Reign, to be exact. This is the name of a character that I have created to unleash amongst the cities of the world. I try my best to make people smile or laugh when they come across one, and it seems to be working so far judging by the response i have gotten. I do not wish to destroy property or get into trouble. In fact, this creation is actually keeping me out of more trouble! So keep your eyes open, especially if you live in the city of Philadelphia! Bob and his girlfriend Roberta love meeting all kinds of new people. <----- To the left is a photo of a boy who was very happy to see Bob in Kapala, Uganda in Africa. Its official, Bob has reached every continent in the world! (except antarctica of course)
